Archaeology Wales carried out a Level 2/3 Building Survey at The Old Sawmills, Llanidloes. The survey was able to define five phases of development, including the first use of the mill as a corn mill, its conversion to a sawmill, and its connexion to the adjacent Bridgend Flannel Mill. The work will help to inform the subsequent redevelopment of the site.
