An Archaeological Appraisal of land adjacent to Laugharne Primary School, carried out in advance of development, assessed the site in regard to its location within the Historic Landscape of the Taf and Tywi Estuary, and its proximity to Laugharne Conservation Area and nearby registered sites. As a result, mitigation measures were recommended.
