Excavation of structured deposits in an Early Neolithic pit at Caer Odyn, Rhydypennau, Ceredigion, identified fragment of a polished axe, pottery and cremated human bone dated to c. 3700 BC, making the pit one of the earliest such features yet found in Ceredigion.
